Llullu Wawa

LLULLU WAWA, es un aplicativo informático hecho en Iquitos Perú, que facilita a los niños de 3 a 5 años de edad el aprendizaje de la lengua Quechua a través de sonidos e imágenes. Entre los contenidos relevantes tenemos las vocales, consonantes, los números, la familia, los colores, frutas, animales y expresiones.

Esta app está orientada a servir de instrumento para revitalizar la lengua en las nuevas generaciones de amazónicos.

En la Amazonía peruana se hablan 43 lenguas (3 de ellas en la región San Martín). La mayor cantidad de poblaciones se encuentran asentadas en la provincia de Lamas, en comunidades como el Wayku. Además en la región Loreto (Perú) se encuentra situado en las cuencas de los ríos Tigre y Napo todos hablantes Quechuas. Si bien es cierto no se considera al Quechua de Lamas en peligro, sin embargo el uso y aprendizaje de la lengua en las nuevas generaciones es reducido (a partir de las limitaciones del sistema de educación bilingüe)

Esta App forma parte del proyecto Adaptación e Investigación en Sistemas de Información sobre Biodiversidad, Ambiente, Biocomercio y Biotecnología - SITEC II, programa BIOINFO, del Instituto de Investigaciones de la Amazonía Peruana - IIAP, con finalidad de salvaguardar las lenguas originarias de la amazonia peruana.
